This program provides a free, hot meal on Fridays for our elderly, sick, and/or shut-in neighbors.
Cordesville First Baptist has an emergency food pantry on Tuesdays. Neighbors can visit monthly as needed.
There are blessing boxes at Cordesville First Baptist and Cordesville Penecostal Holiness Churches. These boxes are stocked by volunteers and are available to anyone in our areas that is in need.
Food boxes are available twice a month and must be pre-ordered and paid for by Thursday at 3:00pm to pick up the following week. To pre-order call (843) 761-6033 or visit the Trident United Way Berkeley Resource Connection Center. Boxes must be paid for when pre-ordering through either SNAP ($5/box) or debit/credit card ($20/box).
We can get you signed up for this program at one of our monthly meetings.
This program is bringing the opportunity for our area citizens to obtain their GED locally. We are partnered with the Berkeley County Adult Education Department. After placement testing is done at the adult ed facility on Main St in Moncks Corner, our citizens can meet with us at Cordesville First Baptist at 1913 Hwy 402, Moncks Corner, SC 29461 to work on their lessons. We help to get you prepared and scheduled for the GED exams (Reading, Social Studies, Math, and Science).
We have partnered with Hope Repair to be able to provide wheelchair access to two homes in our community. If you have a need, please let us know and we will do our best to help or provide resources that can.
